My apartment is very different in the way it was built, then the way the shape is and the way everything is laid out.
The way the air vents are localed for our central heating and air conditioning are also a bit unusual; As a matter of fact, because of where the air vents are localed for the central heating and air conditioning they end up setting off our smoke alarm a lot of times! When the central heating and air conditioning plan pops on, depending on the power of the air flow and depending on if it’s heating or cooling, our smoke alarm will go off care about crazy! It really is a pain in the rear end, but one time when the heating came on I had to actually take the batteries out of the smoke alarm to get it to stop going off! The only solution would be to either have the smoke alarms moved or to spend our savings thoUSAnds of dollars and have our entire central heating and air conditioning plan and the ductwork substituted.
That would mean laying all new ductwork and this would be a lot of currency! And for what? Just a stupid smoke alarm! I am almost thinking of detaching the smoke alarms all together… However if I did that, just by our luck there would be a fire that I would need to have the smoke alarm go off to inform me of. This is a really strenuous situation, if only our apartment wasn’t built so odd! And if only the central heating and air conditioning plan was set up much differently.
