Temperatures on Thursday evening were supposed to be in the single digits. I wanted to be sure that the barn was ready for the freezing rapidly changing temperatures. I was distraught plus distraught about the cattle plus the horses. I called our son to help out for a few hours. He is a heating dealer, however he has a couple of hours to help me out from time to time. My son came over to the condo to check on the heating equipment in the barn. Both of us have a small radiant oil furnace plus a couple of floor heaters. Both of us do not use anything that might catch on fire, because that would be much worse than the freezing air. My son knew that rapidly changing temperatures were going to be freezing on Thursday evening so he brought an extra oil furnace for the barn. The extra oil furnace honestly came in handy, because the other oil furnace ended up going out in the middle of the evening. It froze completely solid after shutting down plus the only heating source both of us had in there was the hourary oil furnace that our son brought from the shop. I called him in the day when I realized how freezing it was outside. He was in the middle of a heating repair, however he promised to come over to check on things at the end of the day. Both of us still had numerous more days of freezing rapidly changing temperatures in store, so our son fixed the oil furnace plus he helped me secure the doors plus make sure that everything was sealed up slim for the evening.
