The bees were a major bummer

A few years ago, I took the little ones to a lodge for a week in the summertime.

The lodge is right on the lake in addition to inside the state park. The rental rate for the lodge was $125 every night. The lodge had heat in addition to AC machines, beds for all of the children in addition to me, in addition to it had a fully stocked kitchen. There were pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, plates in addition to bowls, essentially everything we needed to be comfortable for that week was included with the lodge. The little ones were glad to be outside for a whole week. They played a pretty good amount while we were there. Shortly after we arrived, the little ones were outside playing by the lodge in addition to I heard one of the teenagers start screaming. I immediately ran outside as suddenly as possible. The little ones were jumping around in addition to they were acting fairly wild. In a moment, I realized that they were being attacked by a swarm of bees. The hornets were coming from someplace near the lodge. I told the little ones to run inside of that lodge as suddenly as possible. I searched around the lodge for the hornet nest, but I was unable to locate the actual place where they were coming from. There had to be a hive somewhere around, because there were hundreds of hornets trying to attack the boys. After we left the lodge, I told the state park guide about the setback with the hornets. I warned the guy that we could not see where the hive was, but the bees had to be close to the area where the little ones were stung multiple times.
