The Heating and Air Conditioning professional told myself and others awful news, that our HVAC duct had more than 2 gaping holes in it from lack of cleaning plus ancient age. All of our Heating and Air Conditioning treated air was escaping plus causing our cooling system to run harder, causing our bill to increase. My only solution was to have the HVAC duct substituted instantly. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional helped myself and others option out the new HVAC duct plus arrange for it to be substituted, which I found actually helpful.
