The roll to roll equipment is just plain amazing and entertaining to watch. The upper portion of the equipment prints out the beautiful label that will go on tagless t-shirt. The design can be large, numerous colors with many peculiar custom fonts. 1 or 10,000 labels can be printed for the t-shirt at a time as well. It moves up to 82 feet per hour, and oh boy it is that fast! The colors are bright plus the label is always perfect for each shirt. The lower half of the R2R is where I manually put the shirt plus burn on the label. The easy to line up pedestal for the clean shirt makes it so each a single looks uniformed plus guarantees there is no smudging. A lot of people ask me about dark fabrics. You can have bright white ink without even a hitch in production. I change a single setting on the current machine, hit power, plus it’s done. Now it takes maybe a single third of the time plus our products are better quality.
