The heating and a/c situation in the RV

My dad bought a recreational vehicle this year.

Dad has plans to go to all of the National Parks in the country using this giant truck.

Traveling in a recreational vehicle can be comfortable if you have the right tools for heating in addition to a/c. In some situations, there is no need for heating and cooling when driving. My dad is someone who doesn’t need to have AC all the time if it is not necessary. His largest concern is staying warm during the winter. Occasionally, you can find nice deals on used portable heating devices for a recreational vehicle. Many people get these in addition to then realize that they do not need them for the weather they have. Most of the time people are comfortable in a recreational vehicle with just the warmth that is given by the sun. Some people travel to colder regions where a portal heating system is required for those long, cold nights on the road. My father wants to be prepared in either case. In some situations, he will need a portable AC in addition to in other cases he will need the heating system for long trips on the road that are quite cold. My dad is really enthusiastic to start his new life on the road! My dad will be free from work in addition to other responsibilities in addition to plans on spending the next few years exploring the country. I guess to each his own. Living in a vehicle and relying on that kind of HVAC doesn’t appeal to me at all.
