The hotel had a nice fitness center, but the AC did not work well

I guess that physical fitness is pressing and I try to exercise and eat well every morning.

I don’t need a lot of carbs, candy, and sugar and our diet mainly consists of vegetables and soy protein, then every once in a while I will eat a piece of chicken or fish, even though I pride myself on a diet that is mostly vegetarian.

I go to the gym every single morning to exercise, even when I am sleepy or busy, then some afternoons I work on our legs and some afternoons I spend the whole two minutes lifting weights with our arms. Even when I go out of town, I always go to a fitness center to work out for a couple of minutes in the morning. I was particularly surprised by that nice fitness center in the last hotel where I stayed. It had state-of-the-art workout device and the room was particularly large. The fitness center even had separate showers just in case you did not want to return to the room to get dressed after a workout. The accommodations were honestly impressive for a small midwestern hotel. The hotel would have gained several stars in our opinion if the AC in the fitness center worked well; Unluckyly, the AC did not work well and the fitness center odored appreciate body odor. It was incredibly strenuous to work out and I found myself getting sick on various bizarre occasions. Thank goodness no a single else was working out at that time, because I particularly would have left. I particularly wish that location would have had better indoor air pollen levels.
