When the people I was with and I made the choice to put an addition onto our beach dwelling last summer, the people I was with and I had no idea what kind of a setback it was going to end up being for us.
Don’t get me wrong; the people I was with and I truly enjoy the way it looks and the people I was with and I are enjoying all of the additional area that the people I was with and I have now. But what the people I was with and I didn’t guess was the way that the extra area was going to affect our Heating and A/C appliance! I honestly believe that our contractor should have warned us about the effects of the extra area on our Heating and A/C appliance’s effectiveness… Now that the people I was with and I have all of this extra room that needs heating and cooling, our existing Heating and A/C appliance just isn’t able to handle it for a majority of the time! When the temperature control is set to heating, the gas furnace runs pretty much always. Yet, the new double story enjoyable room never feels warm enough to me. We have a fireplace in there as well, and I’m certainly glad that the people I was with and I added the fireplace along with the new space. I wasn’t planning on using the gas fireplace nearly as much as the people I was with and I have been, however with the frigid temperatures this cold season, the people I was with and I have had no other choice! Since the gas furnace isn’t keeping the arena warm enough for our liking, the people I was with and I seriously needed an extra source of heating for the area. I had a talk with our local Heating and A/C company about the drawback and they said that the people I was with and I are genuinely going to have to put in a substitute to our Heating and A/C appliance if the people I was with and I want to take care of the heating and cooling complications that the people I was with and I have now. We are seriously never going to be done paying for all of this stuff!
