I was very excited to find out who was going to take over the business that was located at the end of the street.
The business has been vacant for a couple of months, but there were a lot of cars in and out.
I looked online to see if the property was still for sale and there was a pending offer. That made me even more curious about the new company. I was hoping that we would get a restaurant. Honestly, a new pizza shop sounded like a great idea. We only had Domino’s and Pizza Hut and both of those places are awful. It takes about 90 minutes for delivery on Friday and Saturday night. If I’m going to wait that long for pizza, then I want to make sure that it has delicious cheese, pepperoni, ham, and sausage. I was disappointed to find out that the new place was not going to be a pizza shop or any other type of restaurant. The new business is a heating and AC repair shop. The heating and AC repair business will have a small showroom with different times of heating and cooling equipment. I heard a little bit of information from a friend of mine that works in the courthouse. She told me that the heating and AC repair business had another shop in the nearby town and they were purchasing this property to grow their business. I have to say that I am excited about a new HVAC company too, especially one that is family owned and operated.
