The shoppers don't love our higher prices

I have been working as a tech for the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair company for the past 5 or 6 years.

  • About six or 7 months ago, a up-to-date employer took over our branch and made a lot of wild fluctuations to the business, then one of those fluctuations is raising the prices of every single 1 of our many services, then for most of the time that I have been really working at this Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair company, the price of a system tune-up has been $89,00.

This price includes the repair appointment and a brand up-to-date air filter, but when the more up-to-date employer took over the branch and made fluctuations, He raised the price of our tune up from $89 to $109.00. The two of us never sent any information to our shoppers to alert them of the increase in price. I have had a lot of distraught people this week. It’s the perfect time to have the A/C devices inspected, and a lot of our respected shoppers are making appointments, last week, one of the regular shoppers sent myself and others away when he found out that the price was $109.00, however yesterday, a shopper refused to spend money for the fee when they saw the bill after the tune-up repair was already finished. The guy was angry and very combative and I truthfully thought I was in trouble. I left separate from any currency in my pocket, when this irate shopper threatened to shoot if I did not leave the property. This job is not worth losing my life over, so I decided to let the boss deal with that customer. I knew some people would be so distraught about the fluctuations, but I did not know it would be this bad. The two of us will no doubt lose some business because of our increased price list.
