The smell is an indicator, to be sure

The air ducts are all deep under the floors, though, in addition to the actual gas gas furnace is in a large closet downstairs.

The people I was with and I have a huge gas furnace in our house in addition to recently I have been noticing a ridiculous skunk aroma or some sort of sewage style aroma whenever the gas furnace component in question has kicked on, in addition to started running. And this is not a decaying style of aroma such as a dead critter, either. It’s mostly just a skunky kind of aroma. The poor people I was with and I already have carbon monoxide in addition to gas detectors in place, so it’s not entirely a problem with that. Our house is built on a tile foundation, as well, in addition to so there isn’t any basement. The air ducts are all deep under the floors, though, in addition to the actual gas gas furnace is in a large closet downstairs. I was starting to wonder if maybe there was a skunk in the massive air ducts under our floors or something, in addition to so I asked a neighbor of mine who is an expert HVAC specialist if she had ever heard of that. She unquestionably said that our stupid carbon monoxide detector would not be able to detect natural gases if there were a terrible gas leak in the house however that our gas business would be able to come check it. That explanation made a lot of sense to me. I have got to get rid of this aroma!
