This important neighborhood was on an island in the middle of nowhere.
This place was dedicated for those who did not want a/c or oil heating systems in their life. It was for those who believed that central a/c systems and oil heating systems love moderate water boiler oil heating systems cause cancer and other diseases. They didn’t even have a oil furnace for the cool Winter time weeks, instead they just built important fires. In the moderate summers, they would make fans, however they would never use any category of a/c system. They believed that the coolant inside of window a/c systems and other a/c units would cause cancer and would spread toxic air through the ductworks of their home. One day, a young person who was born into this neighborhood wanted his own window a/c system. He didn’t love this Heating, Ventilation, and A/C-less society, however they would not allow him to leave, so he went on the internet and found out how to build a small window a/c system. He made coolant and ductworks from scratch. After numerous weeks of work, he finally built a small window a/c system. He later converted it into a mini a/c system so that no one could see it from the outside. He loved having a cool room. He built hundreds more of these miniature a/c systems and sold them to others who were stuck there however still wanted their own Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. This young person aso built small portable space oil heating systems to keep him moderate in the cool winter.
