Just a handful of weeks ago, I started with this up-to-date job. I applied for the job in the data processing department, but I was offered a job as the office employer. I wasn’t exactly looking for a job where the time of responsibilities, but the take home pay and bennies made it undoubtedly strenuous to turn down. The up-to-date job has a few really cool perks. I get matching contributions to my 401k every check and I get every major holiday off with pay. As the office supervisor and employer, it’s up to myself and others to handle all of the issues that come up in the office during the day-to-day. When there was a concern with the heating system, I called my boss to find out the name of our number one rival heating company. The guy told myself and others that I can choose any heating company that I wanted to use. When I heard that information, I right away called my sibling, and he owns an old plumbing and heating company in the next town. He has been looking for more business opportunities and I knew he would be excited to find out more information about this commercial heating job. The two of us had dinner the same day and I gave my sibling all of the information he needed to fully secure the property. My sibling had to raise the limits on his insurance to meet the basic state requirements and guidelines, but this commercial building is ancient and in need of many repairs. The arena will give plenty of jobs for the plumbing and heating company. I wish I knew someone in the family that owned some kind of copier repair company. That unit is on it’s last leg.
