Wasps can make nests in a matter of days

One of the most common of all insects is a wasp.

Wasps such as hornets and yellow jackets live together in a nest with thousands of other wasps.

There is a single egg-laying queen in the nest. Wasps are social animals. They have powerful stings and a painful bite. Many wasp species are known for nesting in trees, shrubs, branches, and places close to water. Wasps can make a nest in a matter of days. My wife and I have a rental property. When we visited the rental property last week to complete some last minute details, there were no signs of any bees, wasps, or hornets anywhere on the property. A week later we returned with some potential tenants and one of them was stung by a wasp on the back porch. A nest of wasps was seen near the corner of the front door and the porch area. I know for sure that the wasp nest was not there the previous week when we checked on the property. Thankfully the wasps did not have an effect on the potential home buyer. The man and woman were very excited about the small house in the woods. They thought it was perfect for a vacation home and offered us the full asking price the next day. We will close on the property in a couple of weeks. We plan to use the money from the sale to invest in a three unit apartment building that needs major renovations. All of the apartments are currently rented, though, and that means we will have income as soon as the property ownership is transferred into our name.
