My wife and I recently had a bizarre experience when we both wanted to stay in a lodge.
It was a pleasant experience for the most part because the scenery was beautiful and there were numerous hiking opportunities! Despite the fact that we were both in the middle of the Winter season, we went hiking all over because there wasn’t much snow on the ground.
The heating system, on the other hand, stopped operating completely one night. I started a fire in the fireplace, but I wasn’t sure we’d have enough wood to go through the night! My wife begged me to do something, so I got on the computer and dialed a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company that was only 20 minutes away from our lodge. They said they could only come out in the middle of the night if both of us paid for emergency Heating, Ventilation, and A/C services. But at that point, neither of us cared because we were both worried that we would freeze if the firewood ran out. So we both had a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning technician come out in the middle of the night and were able to get the heating system up and running again. He stated it was a wonderful lodge, but the heating system needed to be serviced before the winter season. He could tell it hadn’t been tested in a while, and we both knew that the rental company should be responsible for the emergency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repair, which we informed them about. They tried to fight us, but we both reminded them that they were to blame for not having their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repaired. The lady seemed shocked that I knew that, but I said the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional told us that.
