When all of us moved two years ago, all of us had to transport completely from one side of the country to the other.
It was an extremely sudden move, too, plus so all of us were completely unprepared for what all of us were dealing with, and we worked with a realtor over the cellphone plus she assured us that the apartment that we ended up buying had a entirely wonderful new roof, new appliances, plus a brand new heating plus cooling plan that all of us would love, however, when all of us totally made the trip across the country to get to the new job plus the new house, all of us discovered that the apartment wasn’t exactly what all of us had expected.
It came with a roof, however it was one of those weird yellow tin roofs that you see on barns once in a blue moon, then the appliances were new, however they were the ones that are made to look as if they came out of a 1950s era family room. They were a bright turquoise color with shiny steel handles. The real problem came when all of us got a wonderful look at the Heating & A/C unit in the house. The realtor had told us that the apartment had a new heating and cooling system. We were expecting central a/c plus an electric heating system or an oil heating system, or maybe even a heat pump. When all of us started looking around the house, all of us couldn’t even find thermostat equipment all over the place! The brand new heating plus cooling units that the realtor told us about were a window equipment in the family room plus an electric section heating system in the dining room. I couldn’t even believe what was happening!
