My husband and I have been working hard to get our new house cleaned up.
We bought it as is knowing that there was a lot of work to do.
We didn’t realize that the HVAC system was going to be the puzzle. They told us they had installed a new HVAC system into the house. What I couldn’t understand is how they would be able to install the new HVAC system and not have anything connected to the ductwork. In every house we had lived in, our heating and air conditioning had been attached to ductwork. There was ductwork running all through this house and yet it seemed to be going nowhere. I couldn’t even find any air vents in the house. I was dumbfounded, but then we hadn’t slept for about two days now, since we were working so hard. I told my husband that all I wanted to do was to turn on the air conditioning and relax in front of the air vent for about ten hours, while I got some much needed rest. He told me to upstairs and rest a while and he would be up soon. I woke up while dreaming that I was in a steady breeze that was calming my soul and giving me a restful and peaceful day. I awoke to feel the air conditioning surrounding me, but I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. My husband told me it was a new ductless HVAC and the AC was coming from the small unit at the top of the wall. A week later, we ripped out the ductwork.
