A doctor's visit

I just don’t understand at all. I tend to be super sensitive when it comes to pressing swings in Heating & Air Conditioning. My husband is a pressing guy & seems to never get cold when I am just freezing. I child him that it’s his layer of blubber that keeps him warm. Me, on the other hand, I know that I’m freezing more often than I am not. Granted, both of us live in the north so much of the year, I have every reason to be cold. Even though both of us have a fantastic Heating & Air Conditioning system with a powerful oil furnace, I still have a strenuous time shaking the cold while in the Wintertime. But it’s not just the Wintertime either. Even while in the warm season, I find myself reaching for a hoodie some afternoons. The two of us try to keep the Heating & Air Conditioning cooling set to where it doesn’t run all day long. However, our husband likes it cool to sleep & I often know a chill while relaxing in front of the TV. Yet, it’s nothing compared to the dentist’s office. That locale is regularly freezing cold whether it’s the dead of Wintertime or a hundred degrees outside. Going to the dentist is not something I like to do anyway so, the freezing temps in the office makes it even tougher. The last time I was in there, I absolutely asked the nurse why in the world it was regularly so cold in there. The answer caught myself and others by surprise. They keep it so cold on purpose. The reason being that the warmer the air, the more sweat. The humidity then allows bacteria & viral growth to take place much more readily than in an office where the Heating & Air Conditioning is going the bulk of the time. Who knew?
