I Need to Tone Up For My New Job

I have been working for years at the local news station, and for a long time I worked in a desk position filing papers, writing stories plus researching.

Now, for the first time since starting, I get to be in front of the lense! I have the date for my initial debut, and while I am excited, I’m also feeling uneasy plus a little afraid.

This is a very important step for me, but I don’t feel camera ready. I have been working at a desk for a long time, which means it’s easy to snack often plus not move around. I’m squishy all over plus I am distraught that I will look pretty rough on camera. My friends and family are going to watch me, so I need to look good. I’ve decided that I want to try a health plus fitness center in the area plus take semi-private fitness training classes. The personal trainer I found online does offer classes for ladies going through beauty pageants though. My job is definitely not the same, but a camera lense does emphasize how a person looks. I’m thinking that a personal trainer will understand how to handle me. I don’t really enjoy building muscle plus being able to run a bunch no matter the weather, so my only request is that I want to look fabulous in my dress clothes on camera. I have even thought about bringing a single of my favorite outfits to the gym. I want to put it on plus ask my trainer to decide what areas of my body need shaped better.
