When I started the business over a decade back, it didn’t take as much to keep things going. That has all changed so I had to change with it. Search engine marketing was something that was new to me. Happily, I took the time to learn about it. The influx of national brands to our market made our marketing needs so much more urgent. Today, Heating and A/C services are being found online by customers. Traditional marketing strategies are not getting the same rate of capture. The repair I am using sticks to PPC and SEO along with link building to get our supplier’s name online where people are looking. My substituted website now works interactively with the possible customers in the space where they are. Today’s customers are literally looking for repair providers online. So, it only makes sense that a digital and online marketing approach is the way to go.
