My spouse and I usually laugh about some of the crazy things we did when we were dating.
Both of us were talking about the time we drove several hours to go to the World’s Largest General Store.
When we got there, there were four tents with wooden planks in and around them. It was raining like crazy plus the boards were sinking into the dirt. Both of us both laughed like lunatics because it wasn’t much more than a flea store. The best thing that came from the General Store was our discovery of Lindt Chocolate truffles. It had to be 1 hundred degrees that afternoon plus they didn’t have any air conditioner inside the tents. When I saw the chocolates, I asked the man at the money register how much they were going to cost me. He handed myself and others 2 bags plus told myself and others to take them. He couldn’t keep them from melting. Both of us couldn’t wait to get back to the motorcar plus turn on the air conditioner. Later when the air conditioner was cold, I took 1 of the chocolates out of the bag. It was so liquidy that I had to hold it up to the A/C air vent to keep it from pouring from the foil. Once it was solid, I opened it up and then cooked it into my spouse’s mouth. I didn’t realize the A/C had only solidified the outer layer, until the chocolate dripped down his chin. Even at this point, whenever we see Lindt chocolates, we laugh. Both of us remember how the air conditioner worked as much to make the chocolate edible as it did to keep us comfortable.
