Heating plan smells as if burnt hair is in it

There is something wrong with my beach loft heating system, but everytime I turn on the furnace it reeks of burnt hair, then i believe appreciate this means there is dust, dirt and hair deep inside the heater.

If the heating equipment is too dusty, it will overheat, but overheating means parts wear out and break, or the furnace disfigures itself beyond repair.

I want to get rid of the burnt hair smell for safety reasons and that it also is disgusting to smell. Everything I have tried has not worked though… My first attempt was simply increasing the heating system filter in the machine. I got a brand new HEPA filter to catch even more dust from getting into the system, and nope, the smell still happened. Next, I tried taking the equipment totally apart and cleaning the inner workings. I clogged my vacuum hose up there, wiped along the edges and doused the equipment in bleach, then still when the heating plan first turns on, the smell of burnt hair is floating in my air quality. My last attempt was trying my hand at HVAC duct cleaning. I cleaned the air vents and then stuck a broom in the ducts. I tried to get as much dust out of the air ducts as possible. I thought it was possible that maybe the heat was going over that dirt and making the smell. It still smells actually disappointing though. So I either did a disappointing task, or that is not the issue. Now I am thinking I will need to call an Heating and Air Conditioning company to solve my issue.
