The people who sold me my furnace ripped me off

There is a used HVAC unit store in the middle of our city, and I would highly recommend not purchasing any HVAC units from them.

I can explain why.

Last month, when my furnace broke down, I called an HVAC technician to fix my furnace. When the HVAC technician arrived, he told me that he would be able to fix my furnace, but I would need to consider replacing the furnace soon because mine was in bad condition. He was convinced that it would not be worth continuing to use my furnace. However, I was terrified, because there was no way that I could afford a furnace. Even if I had to do payments to buy a furnace from the HVAC company, the debt would set me behind for years, and the payments would completely ruin my budget. A friend told me about this store downtown that sold used HVAC units. They had all kinds of furnaces, and they were pulled out of homes in working condition. The only reason people got rid of these furnaces was that they were rich enough to buy furnaces often. When I went to this store, I was shown a furnace that was only a few years old and supposedly in working condition. I was told that all of the furnaces came with a warranty, and I wouldn’t have to worry about the furnace not working in the future. I purchased the furnace, signed an agreement, and had an HVAC technician install it. When the furnace stopped working in a month, I called the store, but they told me that the warranty ran out and wouldn’t cover my furnace. Furthermore, I found that I purchased the furnace at a price that was way more than it was worth!
