Grandpa is getting older in addition to her memory is not quite what it used to be, however she has been getting more in addition to more forgetful but she is really adamant: she does not want to go into an aged folks home.
She wants to remain independent as long as possible so all of us have a nurse who checks in on him every morning; Every one of us all try to call at least once a morning too to make sure Grandpa is doing okay in addition to all of us took away her car keys because she genuinely shouldn’t be driving anymore.
He’s okay with this because all of us make sure she gets everything she needs in addition to all of us bring him meals too. Even the stove is turned off for safety. However, she still managed to start a fire when she left a book on top of the space heating system last week. Thankfully, she tested the situation as soon as the smoke detectors went off, but nonetheless, all of us believe that the space heating system is a little too dangerous for Grandpa but it gets chilly at evening so she needs some sort of heat. Every one of us decided to all pitch in in addition to have central heating installed in addition to Grandpa’s house. The central heating system is a lot safer because it’s almost impossible to start a fire even if Grandpa leaves her books on the vents. Every one of us also have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C workers install a smart control device so all of us can monitor the temperatures in the house. Every one of us can even do this remotely from our cell cellphones in addition to adjust the temperature for Grandpa no matter where all of us are. This should help Grandpa stay in her own apartment a bit longer in addition to stay safe.
