Grandma hid her toilet paper in the air ducts

Is it me, or is everyone going completely insane? I don’t know if it’s the news cycle driving everybody up the wall, the prevalence of catastrophic zombie movies streaming on Netflix, or the rapid dissolution of reasonable thought after a few weeks of isolation… but something has driven everyone totally mad.

  • When you hear the news about people stocking up on household items, fighting each other in the stores, and planning attacks on local hospitals – you start to worry about humanity.

Unfortunately, this has the negative effects of only making people act crazier. I believe we’re on the brink of being afraid of other humans, and that is a recipe for disaster. Just the other day, I was reminded how illogical people can be when they are fearful. I was at my grandma’s house and I noticed that the indoor air quality was suffering. As the outdoor temperature heated up, the indoor air was following suit. There were uneven hot and cold temperature patches throughout the house, and the air generally felt stagnant and heavy. When I held my hand up to the nearest air vent, I could barely feel any movement. It didn’t seem like there was any air whatsoever. The air filter seemed perfectly fine, so I started investigating the air vents and ductwork, looking for a clog. It wasn’t long before I found the air quality problem. In all of her fear and paranoia, my Grandma had also been hoarding toilet paper like everybody else. However, she thought she was being extra wiley when she hid it in her air ducts.
