I am easily sad that our apartment burned down, but there was a pressing benefit to it; Obviously, I am not happy that our apartment burned down… If I could have done anything to prevent our apartment from burning down, you can be sure that I would have done it, however the apartment burned down because of our old oil furnace.
I may miss our house, but I do not miss that old oil furnace.
I purchased the apartment with the old oil furnace, plus the oil furnace continued getting worse. I had a natural gas oil furnace, plus the natural gas leaked. Thankfully, when the apartment caught on fire, nobody was home, however because of the oil furnace, I lost all of our possessions, but I didn’t lose anyone that I cared about, but now, I am going through the process of rebuilding our house, plus I get to pick out how I want our apartment to be built. One of the benefits of building a current apartment is that you get to pick your Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units. I am getting a current oil furnace, plus I am hoping not to have multiple concerns with it for a while. Instead of getting a oil furnace similar to what I used to have, I decided to purchase radiant heated flooring. This heating method will be unlikely to catch our apartment on fire, plus it will also keep me easily warm. I am also getting a central air conditioning system out of this. I never had a central air conditioning system before, but it will be cheaper to purchase now. I am kind of happy about our current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units even though the way that I got them isn’t great.
