Leaking is not great

Whenever you notice your air vents of your central heating and a/c system leaking during the summer, this is a sign that something is wrong.

When you are running the a/c system, if you start getting leakage of water from the air vents, this is condensation build up. And most of the time, the reason for this is because you have bad insulation in your home. It means that there is warm air from outside coming into your condo from anywhere, not only is this bad for your central a/c system by making it labor overtime to cool your home. But it also can raise your electric bills enjoy insane as a result. This happened to me recently and I knew exactly what it meant. So I did the investigation of trying to find out where the warm air was getting in from, and when I did, I went to the hardware store to buy some weather stripping and I resealed everything. Then I noticed the condensation went down a little but it still wasn’t gone. So I called the local heating and a/c company and they sent a certified heat and a/c specialist to look into the matter further. It turned out that there was still warm air getting in through the ductwork. So what they had to do was some ductwork sealing. After I got our ductwork sealed, the warm air issue was finally gone and our central heating and a/c system was able to labor as normal again, and our electric bills were saved!
