My wife became very upset with me recently.
The tensions originally became high because we were regularly fighting over the temperature control settings.
Then eventually out of nowhere, the temperature control became locked on a low temperature, causing the A/C to regularly push out frosty air. This was honestly the perfect temperature control setting to me. My wife was furious because she would try to adjust the temperature control settings, and she wasn’t able to make the thermostat work. I tried messing with it too, but I couldn’t get it to work either. She kept saying that I needed to call the HVAC professionals to get the thermostat fixed right away, but I honestly didn’t want to. I loved the ice-cold A/C and I thought the temperature control settings were perfect. I didn’t want to have to upgrade the thermostat so that my wife could go back to the temperature control settings that I didn’t enjoy. It wasn’t until my wife shoved the energy bill in my face that I realized I had to do something about this issue. Instead of calling the HVAC professionals though, I decided to look into smart thermostats. I learned that I could install a smart thermostat on my own relatively easily, and so I invested in a really nice one. I appreciated the fact that we would save on the energy bills with a smart thermostat, and it had a bunch of cool features. The feature I love the most is the remote control with the smartphone! Now, I just wish we weren’t always having to fight over the temperature control settings.
