For quite a while I have been sad about our living situation.
I have not felt as though I was welcome in our past living arrangement, but I have not had enough money available to figure out a modern residential situation, either. This is how I stumbled upon a random ad about an house for rent in exchange for a heating, cooling, and air quality control serviceman. I knew that I did not have the professional certification of an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman. I particularly have not passed our state licensure exam to become a real will air quality control specialist. I also never attended heating, cooling, or ventilation repair courses at a reputable trade college. However, generally speaking I am a fairly mechanically minded human. I have worked as a handyman in numerous institutions. Alongside those tasks I have had to learn some heating, cooling, and air quality control skills. This means, I essentially believe how to change an air filter, clean air ducts, and diagnose basic indoor air handling devices. If you have a simple air conditioning plan issue I can really figure out which area needs to be replaced. If your furnace is not producing enough warm indoor air, I might be able to inspect and repair the heating device. However, I genuinely could not find employment at a reputable Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair shop. I told all of this information to the proprietor when I went to view the apartment, although he was impressed with our heating and cooling skills anyways. I am gleeful to report that I have a modern locale to live… Now I just need to learn more about heating and cooling devices.
