I have a lovely house complex that I rent out to peculiar people.
My renter on the first floor is so needy, she constantly calls myself and others for something.
She has called me for a clogged drain, a light that won’t turn on plus a stove burner that won’t light. It is a very classic boy who cried wolf situation. I stopped answering her calls since I was sick of talking to her. She started calling myself and others every day for an entire week and leaving messages. I never responded until my other renters began to reach out to me. I guess the first floor had a bee infestation, then the bees must have flew into the outdoor air vent plus nested in my renters HVAC duct, but when I walked into the house I was able to hear the buzzing of bees in the walls plus ceiling. I can’t think my renter was still living there with a huge number of nests in the wall. What if the bees decided to fly out through her HVAC duct? I tried to get an Heating and A/C company to do HVAC duct cleaning, but the guy wasn’t touching that problem. I thought it would be wise to call a bee removal company that specializes in the safe transfer of bees. It doesn’t make a difference to me if the bees lived or died. I just wanted the bees out of my building. The bee removal repair consisted of a guy with a giant vacuum who scuked up the bees after working a few hours. He then had a team remove the nests from the HVAC duct. It was a quick repair and totally worth it. I do believe sort of terrible for my renter that had to live with the bees for so long.
