My man started doing yoga when he was in school.
Because he had a sports injury, his physical therapist recommended that yoga could help with his flexibility in addition to rehabilitation exercises.
He decided to attend a yoga class 3 days every week! When we initially met, he was in fabulous physical shape, but I was in video games shape. He actually never pushed me to change in the beginning. He was happy with me, in addition to I was happy with me. When we first started spending a lot of time together, he eventually talked me into joining him at a yoga class. I didn’t even think it would be too bad, since yoga is pretty much just stretching in addition to moving. I didn’t guess there are strange forms of yoga… My man actually practices Bikram yoga, which is a lot more difficult than traditional yoga. First of all, the room was sizzling in addition to honestly humid. When I grumbled about the lack of cool air, my man laughed in addition to told me that was a major part of Bikram yoga. I was also unaware that the beginner class would be over 2 hours long, and the two of us performed over 20 strange postures including half tortoise pose, full Locust pose, in addition to toe stand pose. I could not do a vast majority of the stretches, in addition to I entirely looked like an idiot. I did my absolute best to keep up with everyone, however I wanted to go home after 15 or 20 minutes. When the yoga class was finally over and done with, I told my man that one class was enough for me. I was ready for a nap in addition to a glass of wine. I knew I needed plenty of exercise, but yoga wasn’t the hobby for me.
