The installation was very quick, and there were no visible changes anywhere, but the biggest change I noticed was that the next morning, I woke up with completely hydrated skin, and all of the dry spots and rashes had completely disappeared
For many years, I had accepted that cold winter months meant that my skin would become dry, and typically flaky and itchy. Every winter, I have been burdened with the same dry patches of skin that itch until I have broken out in rashes all over my body. I have seen a dermatologist who prescribed me ointments, I’ve tried over-the-counter medications, and even gone to my neighbor who sells essential oils to try to find a holistic cure for my chronically dry skin. However, every winter, the irritation and rashes return, and I had just begun to accept it. It wasn’t until I talked to my HVAC contractor about installing a humidifier in my home. He explained that my furnace was drying out the air in my home, and in turn, drying out my skin. After a quick estimate, I was able to order a humidifier that would work in line with my existing HVAC system. Once the necessary parts came in, the HVAC technician was able to quickly install the humidifier in conjunction with my existing HVAC system. The installation was very quick, and there were no visible changes anywhere, but the biggest change I noticed was that the next morning, I woke up with completely hydrated skin, and all of the dry spots and rashes had completely disappeared. After a lifetime of dealing with dry, itchy skin in the winter, I have found immense relief by simply calling my HVAC provider and having a humidifier installed. The humidifier also helps the efficiency of my furnace, by helping to maintain the ambient temperature in my home, alleviating the stress on my furnace and in turn, lowering my energy bill, as well as the cost of ointments for my skin.
