The way the deal worked was that I had to purchase the ductless mini split. He said it had to be a DIY model and he would take care of the upgrade, upon completion of the upgrade, he expected his payment which was only $1,000. So with the cost of the new plan plus his upgrade rate, I would be saving a sizable amount of money. I ended up hiring him and he came to our home the afternoon after I had the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit arrive. This guy truly knew what he was doing, and he was absolutely easy-going. I couldn’t feel how easy he made the work look. I told him he entirely should be an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional, but he said he was never interested in going to school for it. He did a good job and I even threw in a nice tip for doing such a good job. He said to call him up anytime when I need service or repair work.
