Don was due to fly out of the country and had a million things to do before the day of his flight; however, he would return a month later from the business trip… Then on his list of things to do were several pressing errands, and apart from that, he had two appointments with professionals to come and fix several things in the house. The first guy who came to the apartment was an A/C professional, and don had an old temperature control which he was finding cumbersome to use. He wanted a smart temperature control installed in the house, which was why the A/C expert came. After the work was complete, Don did several other things and left for his business trip. When he came back, it was summer, and the heat was intense all over. He went straight to the A/C plan in his home and turned it on. However, the temperature control wasn’t finally working as he had hoped, however it was set on heat mode, and Don tried in vain to switch the smart temperature control to cool mode. Don was disappointed because it seemed the A/C mechanic had not installed the temperature control correctly. Don placed a call to the A/C supplies and maintenance business to complain. The owner was apologetic for that and promised Don another heating and air conditioning expert would fix the issue. However, Don had to wait until the next day for the aircon specialist to arrive at his apartment and fix the smart temperature control. He noted that the previous air conditioner professional hadn’t completed the wiring process, which was why the smart temperature control wasn’t finally working as expected. Once the expert air conditioner worker completed the repair, he put everything back and got ready to test the smart temperature control. This time Don was not in a hurry and made sure it was finally working before the A/C professional left.
