The last 65 years of my life has been spent in one place.
Can you suppose that? I grew up, went to school as well as then school then settled down without ever going more than 20 miles from where I was born.
I lived it as well as I can hardly suppose it. I raised my family only miles from where I grew up. While I have been away for getaway, I have never left this part for more than a month at a time. All of that is getting ready to change. No more Heating and Air Conditioning gas furnace killing winters for me. I am headed south as well as embarking on my first real adventure of my life. Unfortunately, my dear husband of 43 years won’t be joining me. I lost him almost a year ago. My youngsters are all down south so, that’s where I’m heading. There are so numerous proper things which I will miss dearly. But Winter is not one of them. I am ready to transfer to the land of the heat pump as well as mild winter. My son found myself and others a nifty little cottage to live in. The price was right as well as it had an added benefit I wasn’t even expecting. There is a sunroom connected to the back of the cottage. And, it has its own Heating and Air Conditioning unit! There is something called a ductless mini chop idea in there. Apparently, this thing can heat as well as cool that sunroom without the rest of the house. So, if there is a brisk afternoon, I can’t crank up the heat to knock the chill off. However, the largest need will be in the summer. Without cooling system that sunroom would roast a person alive. I’m distraught to leave my lake house as well as all I’ve known my whole life. But, I can’t wait to hold my grandbabies in that sunroom!
