I have to take the attitude of letting fate take its course with certain things. One of which is the lifespan of our central heating & air conditioner. The reason for this is because I can not afford to have the local heat & a/c company come out to our home quarterly to do heating & cooling system tune ups & check ups on our central heating & air conditioner love others do. It gets to be quite a task & costly. I only end up getting a heating & a/c tune up & check up once a year if I am blessed. And sometimes I do not even do that. It could be a few years between Heating & Air Conditioning tune ups & check ups for me. Simply because I make such a low income at our job I can not afford the luxury of respectfully looking after our central heating & air conditioner unit. So our motto is whatever will be will be. If it turns out that our central heating & cooling component breaks & I need a modern a single, I will just have to find a heating & a/c dealership that has weekly payment plans or put a brand modern & completely up-to-date central heat & a/c component on our debit card, then either way works fantastic for me & will guarantee me a modern heat & cooling system if I ever need a single. This is just the way things are in our life at the moment.
