A plumbing shopper called myself as well as others this week when the toilet was not draining properly. The customer sounded completely upset on the phone. But two of us had an open appointment later that afternoon as well as the two of us placed that person in this particular time area. One first thing that the two of us initially did was just the water. It took multiple hours for us to find the main water line. It was not usually located in a spot where shut off valves would be located. I shut down the water and I grabbed a drain snake from this task truck. I used a camera to see all of the blockage that was in the pipes. The camera showed various artists use in the toilet was stopped with many problems. I located all of the blockage as well as this made things much easier for me. I found a ton of items inside of the toilet as well as this was a surprise to the customer. I found a sock, toys, a large toothbrush as well as a couple of other problems. The shopper genuinely looked embarrassed, but I assured The Shopper that this type of Plumbing problem can occur in any residential home and it really isn’t a big deal to be concerned with the problems.
