Living in an are where just trying to keep cool is the main task of the morning, gets aged after awhile. The South is such a wonderful venue to live however man, the Summer gets rough. Even the lizards are looking for shade. It’s so hot that our dog won’t even muster the energy needed to jump the fence. While every one of us all face the same fate during the hot summer, various of us approach it certainly differently. I have friends and neighbors who just pay whatever they have to pay to stay cool during the summer. The hotter it gets, the deeper they go with the control device setting. Their Heating and Air Conditioning systems run just non stop. I would not want to write that check. I also assume people who will certainly cut the off for long periods of time. One neighbor turns off the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling method when he is away at work. There is another neighbor who turns off the Heating and Air Conditioning method the entire time he and his family are away on holiday. I see the logic however they are forgetting a key element of what Heating and Air Conditioning certainly does. The Heating and Air Conditioning cooling method is removing heat from the beach lake house not just blowing cooler air. As the Heating and Air Conditioning is working to detach the heat, it is also drying out the air. This allows the Heating and Air Conditioning to balance the humidity in the home. Without the running during the height of summer, the lake house becomes a perfect environment for mold & mildew. Simply paying attention to where the control device is set relative to the outside temp is a happy medium between these several extremes.
