A fair amount of people don’t love to clean.
That is one of the greatest reasons why I have a task.
I regularly clean apartment buildings, offices, and commercial buildings. I don’t mind cleaning in the least. There is something rewarding about seeing the results. The floors might be dark, dirty, and dingy! When I am through with them though, they look brand new. I worked for a commercial cleaning supplier for roughly 10 years before I decided to start a business of my own. I knew it was going to be challenging in the start. I was honestly fortunate to find several commercial properties that were willing to take a chance on me. When I left the supplier where I was doing this work, the commercial properties came with me. So far, business has been wonderful. I have about a dozen different commercial properties and I have a couple of residential clients that require cleaning services a few times each week. I met with the owner of another commercial property this past Monday. The commercial property is an office building with 30 different spaces. The owner of the building happens to be responsible for the cleaning services, but each one of the spaces are individually rented. I knew it was going to be a major task if I won the bid. As soon as I found out that the task was completely mine, I put in an advertisement in the paper looking for extra maids and cleaning helpers. I didn’t expect to grow in such a jiffy, even though I absolutely will not complain. There are a lot of other people that never make it past the initial year of business… My cleaning supplier is steadily growing and I will never complain at all about that.
