I can’t do much for several days, especially working on my Heating & A/C unit like I intended to do.
I was playing beach volleyball and made a hard swing at a ball, out of vexation because my partner was playing so bad.
This is how I ended up with a dislocated shoulder. It’s not my partner’s fault because I shouldn’t have gotten angry, but I did, and now my right shoulder hurts when I move it. This has happened several times before and I think my volleyball days are almost finished, but I love this game so much. My air conditioning repair together with other condo repairs will have to wait until I can move my arm some. I’m not sure what to do now except wait for it to heal and move with ease. I can still use my computer but that is about it. I can’t even do my normal morning yoga routine because it requires a lot of shoulder movement, but I’m not going to let it get me down because I don’t want to suffer mentally and physically. It’s only for a short while. I guess I could replace my HEPA filter with my left hand but it’s going to be a daunting task. Today is best to do some quiet reflection and meditation, as I think about what I have that is superb in my life. For instance, my A/C is blowing cold air on this hot summertime morning.
