If you work a trade job, then you understand that working inside of any building is much better than working outside any day of the week. Whether you are an HVAC technician, an electrician, a carpenter, a plumber, or anything else, working inside offers some very nice luxuries when compared to other places. The main attraction of working inside of a building is that buildings have HVAC units. When I was working as an electrician during the winter, I spent a ton of time outdoors at first. The areas we were working in had no furnace or heating system of any kind. Do you know how hard it is to work in 20-degree weather with no furnace? Even if you bundle up, it does not warm you up enough. Finally, I started working inside a lot more, and the houses that we were working on had working furnaces! It was so nice to take off my multiple layers of clothing and enjoy the nice heat of the furnace. During the summer, the same applied. If you were working outside, that meant that you didn’t have an air conditioner to keep you cool. However, if you got lucky enough to work inside, then you could be working in a house with a huge central air conditioner. I am thankful that I was able to start my own business, which means that I spent every day working inside a building with a furnace and air conditioner. However, since I worked as a tradesman before, I still appreciate the HVAC units and remember the many days that I didn’t have them while I was working.
