The most typical solutions but most people will recommend are taking melatonin and getting plenty of exercise. Unfortunately, neither of those strategies works well for me. That’s how I wound up seeing a my primary doctor and asking about potential solutions for this tire problem. I wasn’t extremely happy when they prescribed me Ambien and told me to be careful with the film. I didn’t think it could be that big of a deal… I assumed everyone was kind of over dramatic with their tails of Ambien a few. And then I woke up one morning and found a brand new central cooling system sitting on my lawn. Apparently, a few nights before I had decided my house was unfortunately hot and humid in the middle of the night. In an Ambien stupor, I had gone online and purchase an entire central cooling system from a big-box store. The retailer had followed through, and delivered my massive air conditioning system right on time. Unfortunately, I had no idea that this new air handling device was on its way. I had no plan for installing the central cooling system, no idea how to get rid of the old central cooling system, and I couldn’t even muster up the strength to move the air temperature control device if I want it to. With the amount of stress newly placed on my shoulders, I popped another Ambien and went back to bed.
