Worst of all the lack of climate control is causing my plants to start to die, so basically I am losing everything
I have run into a bit of a problem at home. It is sort of embarrassing to talk about, which is why I am doing it online, like this, where no one knows me. If any of you have any insight as to what I can do, please direct message me, I am rapidly running out of patience here. The thing is that I turned my spare bedroom into a “grow room” for cannabis. My state has legalized the plant for medicinal use, but it is still not legal for me to be growing it in my house. When a normal person as air conditioning problems, they just make a phone call and get an expert to come over and suss out the cause. Since I have a room full of illegal plants, I am not so keen to call in the friendly neighborhood HVAC repair tech. Summer is still in full force here, and the house is heating up more and more every day. Worst of all the lack of climate control is causing my plants to start to die, so basically I am losing everything. I could of course just lock the room so the HVAC tech can’t go in there, but the grow room makes the whole house smell like cannabis. I either need to learn how to troubleshoot my own air conditioning, or I need to find a repair tech who is “cool” with smoking out. Have any of you encountered this sort of conundrum, and if so, how did you get your AC working again?
