I don’t like flu symptom season plus that I am affected.
- The people who whine about allergies get on my nerves… Being a section of their club odors.
But, I keep my misery to myself plus handle it privately. There is nothing I can do about the outside air plus complaining about it does nothing. What I do is tackle my indoor air quality. If I am lazy, I will have a headache, itchy throat plus sneeze a bunch. If I am on top of it, I hardly notice my allergies. I have a whole bunch of IAQ unit that tackles the pollen. First, I have HEPA filters put in my Heating plus Air Conditioning plan instead; HEPA filters have smaller holes plus catch more dust from getting into the system. I stop the pollen from getting into my Heating plus Air Conditioning plus cycling in the air quality. HEPA filters are quite high-priced though, so I only use them during the pollen heavy times. Next, I have UV lights installed within my Heating plus Air Conditioning device. The lights clean the air before it gets released out of the Heating plus Air Conditioning. Apparently hospital operating rooms are required by law to use UV lights. They reduce mold, mildew plus fungi growth. They also stop dust from sticking to the system. The final air quality product is an air purification plan. Smells plus leftover dust is tackled once the air is blown out of the Heating plus Air Conditioning. With all numerous of these things working, my indoor air quality is as clean as it can possibly be. I do know way better once I am inside.
