All I could think about were the benefits of owning a home.
I would be leaving the property with the seasoned Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.
And I wouldn’t have to share walls with anyone other than my cats or a guest staying in the guest room. When it came to homeownership, I know that was the best thing for me, along with building equity. I was ready to be alone and have my privacy. I grew up in the central air conditioner of a large cabin with a significant family. I shared a room with my sibling inside the air conditioner of that cabin until I left for school. Of course, I stayed in the dorm throughout school because I didn’t have enough money to rent an apartment. That meant sharing the radiant heating with a roommate for the entire four years… I was very excited about the prospect of having the privacy of my own cabin. But once I had my own place, I realized there were a lot of other details that came with owning a home. I liked having the most recent in residential Heating and Air Conditioning components as well as plenty of Heating and Air Conditioning technology. I also began to learn more about indoor air quality. This was a detail I never had to think about because there wasn’t much I could do about it. However, it turns out that I could have improved the indoor air quality even while living in that apartment. I replaced the cheap air filters I had used when I first bought this place with a HEPA filter. That was all it took to improve the quality of my indoor air and my respiratory health.
