I purchased a used space heater, but I can’t return it

After doing some reviews of the product, I learned that this particular space heater was well-known for not working when it arrived

My favorite place to shop at all times is at a thrift store. Thrift store shopping can be very exciting. Sometimes, you can find very lightly used things for a very good price. Every once in a while, you can find an absolute steal. This year, I was trying to find a space heater for my home to help supplement the heat of our furnace. Our furnace works well and doesn’t have any issues, but the kitchen doesn’t get very warm. Somehow, the duct that goes to the kitchen goes blocked, and we have to use a space heater to keep it as warm as the rest of the house. While I was shopping at the thrift store, I found the perfect space heater for our house. It was new in the box, and it was exactly the style of space heater that I wanted. The best part of the deal was that the space heater was half of the original price. I took the space heater home, and I plugged it in. After a half-hour of letting it run, I was shocked to discover that the space heater didn’t work. After doing some reviews of the product, I learned that this particular space heater was well-known for not working when it arrived. Unfortunately, when I called the thrift store, they told me that they don’t accept returns. Even though the space heater didn’t work, they wouldn’t allow me to return it. That really stinks! I just wasted $50 on a broken space heater! I still have to find a space heater for winter.
