Heading on a tour of the Savanna

About a month back, I booked a trip to be given a tour of the Savanna, then i was fascinated with the pets and nature of the Savanna, and I was eager to get started.

I had already had everything pre packed and ready to go, so I headed out.

I made earlier than most of the other tourists, and waited a bit impatiently for their arrival, once almost everyone was here, the tour guide set off, leading us to different locations, and even pointing out some of the wild pets in the distance, the tour guide was polite and informative, and I was enjoying the cooling breeze from riding on a vehicle through the savanna, which is why I was a bit disappointed when the tour guide asked us to hop off for an on foot tour. It was still really interesting however now with the absence of the breeze, the heat suddenly began to rise, however sweat began to drip down my forehead, and the other tourists around myself and others began getting antsy. The heat became unbearable, it felt like I was hiking up a mountainside with a oil furnace on my back, blowing heat in my face the entire time. I was entirely relieved when the tour guide took us back. The first thing I did when I got back was to get a drink of water and plop on a comfy chair, in a nice air conditioned room. I sat there for over an hour before I headed back to my own hotel, which also had a lovely cooling system. I sat in front of the A/C for another various hours, before ordering pizza to complete the day.
