Last week, we began working as heating and cooling specialists.

The first few weeks at our new job have been great.

We think our trainer, Mark, is the best person that the heating and cooling corporation could give us. Outside of ourselves thinking about it, we have been told by countless other individuals that work at the heating and cooling corporation as well. He also has a natural talent for communicating with anyone he encounters. Mark has told us that he had to learn a great deal from numerous years of being in crazy situations that involved some unpleasant customers. He has an uncanny knack for getting along with people in addition to finding wants to alleviate their stress through conversation and the provision of several viable solutions to their financial woes. This really helps his clients to feel appreciated. From the short time we’ve spent working with Mark, we can confidently say that he embodies the epitomes of professionalism. The other day, a couple was at a condo dealing with a broken air conditioning and the recent loss of a relative. When we arrived at their condo, we could tell that they weren’t in a great state of mind. Mark told them to put their family first and we can come back another time. Mark said, “Let’s come back at the end of the month.” Mark is careful and really professional like we said. We could tell that the couple appreciated that he said that. Customers cherish his emotional intelligence and his empathy for all. We know our work is to service heating and cooling systems, however we can all take an extra step like Mark to make sure the customer experience is number one
