It was really such a better time in my humble opinion
I can remember the days when air conditioning was a lot more simple and basic than it is today. I am talking about the days when window air conditioning systems were the thing and central heating and air conditioning systems were not something that you would find in homes of normal average people. Window air conditioning systems were so much more easier to maintain compared to trying to maintain a central heating and air conditioning system unit. There was not all this heating and cooling maintenance that you have to spend a small fortune on within a year’s time. Window air conditioning systems were so much more basic. It was more or less you put them into your window, turn them on and they go. No worrying about changing air filters every single month, no heating and air conditioning system tune up and check ups and most of all, window air conditioning system units did not take up that much energy use compared to central heating and air conditioning systems. It was really such a better time in my humble opinion. Everyone thinks because today’s heating and air conditioning technology is so advanced it is the best. Well, if you were alive back when you will see that in reality it actually is not! It is more headaches, more money and more issues to deal with than ever before. The old days of window air conditioning systems are in fact the very best and I wish it was all still like that.
