I graduated from heating as well as a/c school about a year ago! Today I am working as a certified heating as well as a/c specialist for one of our local heating as well as cooling companies here in town, however when I first got out of heating as well as a/c school it was damn near impossible to get a task! Most of the heating as well as a/c companies flat out refused to hire someone fresh out of heating as well as a/c school that has had no experience in the heating as well as a/c world.
How on earth is someone supposed to get experience if no one will hire you! That was the main question I kept asking, however and of course they could supply me no answer, but it was not until almost 6 months later when this one local heating as well as a/c dealer was certainally looking to hire up-to-date as well as fresh upcoming heating as well as a/c specialists to supply them the experience.
The reason for this was actually because they desperately needed help, but whatever, I actually didn’t care because it was a task as well as a kick start to my work in the heating as well as a/c business! I was off to a wonderful start as well as felt like I had been doing it for years once I was really on my second heating as well as a/c repair task. I still am working at that heating as well as a/c dealer this week. That is how wonderful they really are as well as they are talking about giving me a raise sometime soon as well. I can’t complain really, but it was difficult to get here!
